Build a Team
Team up with 4 to 5 fellow students from your school or university and bring your best ideas to life!
Idea and Proposal
Brainstorm and formulate an innovative solution addressing real-world challenges with strong practical impact.
Final Business Ready Product
Start building your final product and submit your project proposal for the competition.
Category Eligibility
Undergraduates from any university participate under University Category. School students (aged 18+) participate under School Category.
Team Size
All teams must comprise of 4 to 5 members including the team leader.
Exclusive Representation
One person can represent only one team throughout the entire competition.
Innovative Ideas
All project concepts must be original and innovative, addressing real-world challenges.
Proposal Structure
Ideas must be presented in a formal proposal following the official sample structure and guidelines given.
Idea Lock
The proposed idea cannot be changed after proposal submission. The final product may only include added features.
Final Decision
In every phase of the competition, the judging panel's decision is the final decision.

KEY MILESTONES ON THE ROAD TO THE GRAND FINALE
Team Registration
Registration opens on 26th July and closes on 30th July. Assemble your squad of 4 to 5 members representing your school or university and register.
Proposal & Flash Round Submission
Submissions start on 1st August. Teams submit their formal project concept proposals and flash round entries by 6th–7th August.
Workshop and Selected Teams Announcement
Shortlisted teams are announced on 9th August and gain exclusive access to a hands-on workshop session with industry mentors.
UI Submission
Develop and submit the complete high-fidelity UI design of your proposed solution by 12th August.
Finalist Teams Selection
Evaluation of UI submissions and official announcement of the finalist squads qualified for the Grand Finale on 15th August.
Grand Finale Event Day
The ultimate showcase at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura on 30th August. Present live to judges and compete for the Grand Treasury.
